The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has announced the Federal Government-approved fares for the 2027 Hajj, with intending pilgrims required to complete their payments ahead of strict deadlines set for the pilgrimage.
The approved fares vary by departure zone, with pilgrims from the Maiduguri/Yola Zone paying 7,560,822, those from the Northern Zone paying N7,672,822, and pilgrims from the Southern Zone paying N7,882,822.
NAHCON said the fares were determined after consultations with the Forum of State Muslim Pilgrims’ Welfare Boards, key service providers in Saudi Arabia, and consideration of prevailing exchange rates and service costs.
