The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has announced the successful recruitment of 3,852 candidates into the Service, marking the conclusion of its latest nationwide recruitment exercise.
Comptroller General of Customs, Adewale Adeniyi, said the exercise was conducted transparently and is aimed at strengthening the agency’s manpower to enhance border security, trade facilitation and revenue generation.
Addressing journalists at the Service’s headquarters during the release of the final list of successful candidates for the 2024/2025 recruitment exercise, the CG said recruitment into the Service would no longer be conducted at irregular intervals.
