All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has cleared 155 aspirants to participate in its primary elections ahead of the 2027 general elections in Anambra State.
The party approved 48 aspirants for the Senate and House of Representatives tickets, while 107 others were cleared to contest for seats in the Anambra State House of Assembly.
The list of successful aspirants was released on Friday in a statement signed by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Mazi Ejimofor Opara, following the conclusion of APGA’s screening exercise.
According to the party, eight aspirants were cleared for the Senate race, while 40 scaled through for the House of Representatives primaries.
