Army, DSS, NIS arrest 46 illegal immigrants in Ogun

Troops of the Nigerian Army, in conjunction with the Department of State Services (DSS), the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), and the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), have arrested 46 suspected illegal immigrants in various locations within Ijebu-Imushin, Ijebu-Ilese and surrounding communities in Ogun State.
In a statement, the Assistant Director, Army Public Relations, 35 Artillery Brigade, Major Idereghi Samuel Akari, said the operation commenced on June 11, 2026, following actionable intelligence.
