Buttlift surgeon sentenced to 4-years in prison for fatal injection of OnlyFans model and Kim Kardashian lookalike (Photos)

A Florida woman convicted in the de@th of an OnlyFans model and Kim Kardashian lookalike has been sentenced to four years in prison. Vivian Alexandra Gomez, 53, was sentenced on Tuesday, June 16,  after she was convicted of involuntary manslaughter by a San Mateo County, CA, jury in March. Prosecutors say she performed several unlicensed silicone injections on Christina Ashten Gourkani who died from complications in April 2023.
