EPL: Jackson double fires Aston Villa to victory over Man City

Aston Villa defeated Manchester City 2-1 at Villa Park on Saturday, ending the visitors’ perfect start to the Premier League season.
Nicolas Jackson was the hero for Villa, scoring twice to hand Manchester City their first league defeat of the campaign.
The Senegalese striker opened the scoring in the sixth minute after capitalising on a defensive error by City defender Marc Guehi.
Villa maintained their advantage for the remainder of the first half, while goalkeeper Zion Suzuki made important saves to deny City from finding an equaliser.
Manchester City drew level seven minutes into the second half when Erling Haaland headed home from Iliman Ndiaye’s delivery in the 52nd minute. ...
