FG partners Singapore to train TVET teachers, boost technical education

The Federal Government has commenced the training of 120 Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) teachers in partnership with Singapore’s Institute of Technical Education Services as part of efforts to strengthen technical education and produce more skilled manpower for the country’s economy.
The initiative, tagged “Train the Trainers (Pedagogy & Assessment) Programme,” was jointly organised by the Federal Ministry of Education, the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and the Institute of Education, Singapore.
