Over 13,000 Civil Servants participate in FCTA promotion exams

Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) on Wednesday began a 10-day promotion exercise for more than 13,000 civil servants across the FCT Civil Service and the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA).
Chairman of the FCT Civil Service Commission, Emeka Ezeh, said the exercise was approved by FCT Minister Nyesom Wike and will cover staff across 150 cadres and grades. The exercise, which kicked off on July 1, 2026, is part of the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu, according to the commission.
