Groups protest, demand redeployment of Osun police commissioner

There were concerns ahead of the August 15 governorship election in Osun state as Network of Osun Civil Society Groups calls on the Inspector-General of Police to immediately redeploy the State Commissioner of Police, CP Ibrahim Gotan.
The call came some days after the federal and state lawmakers demanded redeployment of the police commissioner.
