The Presidency has said that the controversy that followed reports of the killing of Abu-Bilal Al-Manuki —also known as Abu-Mainok or Abu-Bilal Al-Minuki, a senior Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) commander — reflects public scepticism about counterterrorism claims.
