Japan Tobacco International (JTI) Nigeria has restated its intention to continue operating in Nigeria and contributing to the country’s economic activities.
The company has operated in Nigeria for 18 years. It said its operations involve its employees, business partners and other stakeholders.
The General Manager of JTI Nigeria, Mr Abdallah Simba, stated this while commenting on Nigeria’s development and its 66th Independence Anniversary.
Simba said Nigeria remains an important market for JTI and that the company’s continued operations reflect its view of the country’s economic prospects.
