Netflix has cancelled its sci-fi series ‘The Boroughs’ despite the show topping Nielsen’s streaming chart with 1.74 billion viewing minutes during its first full week of release. Produced by the Duffer Brothers, creators of ‘Stranger Things’, the series ranked No. 1 for the week of May 25, marking a 45 per cent increase from the previous week when it placed second behind Netflix’s ‘Nemesis’.
