The Nigeria Police Force has arrested and repatriated a Chadian national, Mahadijiria Abdoulaye, who was wanted by authorities in N’Djamena over the alleged murder of Nazik Mahamat Saleh.
The Force, in a statement on Saturday by its spokesperson, CSP Ani Iniedu, said Abdoulaye was arrested by operatives of the INTERPOL National Central Bureau, NCB, Abuja, on August 5, 2026.
According to the statement, Saleh was tortured and killed on May 3, 2026, while an international warrant of arrest was issued by the Court of Appeal, N’Djamena, on June 22, for Abdoulaye and her alleged accomplice, Fatime Senoussi Mouktar.
