When guests and organisers converge on the International Conference Centre (ICC) in Bauchi for the 5th edition of the Goodluck Jonathan Foundation (GJF) Dialogue Series, it will mark a significant moment — not only for the dialogue itself but also for the evolving history of Bauchi State.
