WhatsApp Adds Parental Controls, Group Alerts For Teen Accounts

WhatsApp has introduced new parental controls for teenage accounts, allowing parents and guardians to place restrictions on privacy settings, group participation, Channels, Status and the platform’s Meta AI feature.
The new controls, announced by WhatsApp on Wednesday, are designed to give parents greater oversight of teenagers’ activities on the messaging platform without giving them access to their private conversations.
